  • Ensure USB Debugging Mode is enabled.
How to Install Android Lollipop 5.0 Factory Images on Nexus 4, 5, 7, 10 Manually?

 Step 1: First, download relevant factory image for your nexus device, and extract the contents to your desktop in a folder.

Step 2: Make sure Android ADB and Fastboot on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux are properly setup and config.

Step 3: Enter the following command in Command Prompt or Terminal to boot the device in bootloader mode:

adb reboot bootloader

Step 4: Once the device is in bootloader mode, Windows users can run the flash-all script file to start the flashing process, While Mac and Linux users should right-click on the folder of the extracted image contents, then navigate to Services, then click on New Terminal at Folder. Now enter the following command:

./flash-all.sh

Step 5: Now, Your Nexus device will start Android 5.0 Lollipop factory image installation and your device will restart after completion of whole process. Congratulations!! You're done.
